Description
Solid Pipe Designer updates are available only for licenses having a current subscription. Once the first year customer support included in the initial licensing fee has expired, customers who wish to continue receiving program, database, and documentation updates must purchase a subscription for each Solid Pipe Designer license.
Although SPD Customer Support, which is handled through e-mail, does not include database customization, program customization, or on-line training sessions, such services may be negotiated. Please contact Sales@uhpinc.com if you are interested in obtaining these services.
Our goal is to provide a quick response to the needs of our Solid Pipe Designer customers.
